Hi Fans, Its been a while since I last updated the site. I wanted to give you all some insight into what I have been doing. Over the last few months I have been battling injury. I am happy to say that I am currently rehabilitating and making great improvements. I truly believe that injury and adversity show the true character of an athlete. It can often be a career defining situation.
I am happy to report that this situation has only strengthened me and that I am returning to competition with a new level of dedication and appreciation for the sport I love so much. I want to thank you all for your support. Without my god, family, friends and loyal fans my success would not be possible. I am elated to begin my 2010 season! Please continue to visit my site for updates and results.

It’s always disappointing when you miss a big championships and have to sit and watch it on TV. My absence from the championships was a very hard one to accept. It was even more difficult to watch the men’s high jump for me, all i could think of is me being out there jumping.
I also realise how much i loved the sport and can’t wait to start competing again.Going into the new season i have committed myself a hundred percent to the sport and all other things neccessary to be number one in the world.
I think there are some things I can accomplish that not many athletes can say they have.I believe that if I’m healthy and fit, the sky is the limit for me.So for the next three years going into the London 2012 games, I am working very hard towards achieving all my goals.
